#0108 Under the Manhattan Bridge III

I find the weight bearing structures that support the Manhattan Bridge tremendously fascinating. With their many openings and the different shapes of the openings it gives me the appearance of framing little realities. This structure in particular with it's large middle opening gives an amazing view down the street, to the East River and then, of course, to the dramatic late afternoon view of the Empire State Building. My idea was to put together an ensemble of little pictures held together as a whole by the weighty structure of the bridge.
