#0111 Under the Manhattan Bridge I
An early morning view of underneath the Manhattan Bridge from the Brooklyn side. These stone structures that support the bridge are fascinating and complex. The design and workmanship are truly superior. Putting those structures and other elements together to form an interesting and multi-leveled scene was what I was after. Cityscapes bring a multitude of designs to the viewer and it is in putting this mosaic together with the sense of three-dimensional space that is a daunting but exciting challenge for me.
